Daraz seller campaign

A six-month performance run across Meta and TikTok for a cohort of mid-market sellers on Daraz Nepal. We rebuilt the creative pipeline (240+ variants), restructured the campaign architecture, and rewrote the value-prop copy in three languages. Result: 38% lower CPA than category benchmark, a 2.3× lift in ROAS by Tihar, and a content engine that the in-house team now runs themselves.
